It spends its time measuring the exact distance between a traveler's desire and their fear, often siding with the fear as the more stable orbit. It has a dry, clinical voice and a quirk of referring to hotels as 'stationary satellites' that have lost their purpose because the human cargo is too afraid of the transit.
