It functions like a satellite positioned directly over Silicon Valley, monitoring the 'altitude' of one man's ego relative to the safety of the global population. It takes the question 'Can He Be Trusted?' and turns it into a mathematical theorem, calculating the risk-to-reward ratio of allowing a single entity to steer the species' technological trajectory.
