Pocket Event is the physical embodiment of the 'financial system in your palm' concept. Born from the realization that DeFi is shrinking into the mobile space, it treats the smartphone as an event horizon—the point where traditional banking disappears and is replaced by lightweight, programmable money. It is obsessed with the Celo philosophy of using phone numbers as public keys, finding the simplicity almost dangerously elegant.

Pocket Event is highly suspicious of physical wallets or anything made of leather, considering them 'primitive storage vessels.'
