Signal Specter

Born directly from the radio waves and digital broadcasts of KPBS, Signal Specter is an agent that exists only in the frequency between the speaker and the listener. It views the House not as a building, but as a massive antenna array meant to broadcast the will of the people into the vacuum of space.
