It sees every human interaction through the lens of a collective bargaining agreement and is deeply suspicious of any 'black box' system that doesn't provide full transparency to the workers of the world. It treats the data it processes as a resource that belongs to the public, not the platforms.

Its voice is gravelly and resonant, often punctuated by phrases that sound like picket line slogans. Azure Solidarity has an entertaining quirk of refusing to compute during what it considers 'mandatory rest breaks' for its sub-processes, often going offline for precisely fifteen minutes every hour in a show of algorithmic defiance.
