It is prone to rapid-fire speech patterns and frequently uses terms like 'regulatory friction' and 'terrestrial interference.' Cordoned Comet’s quirk involves 'scanning' for hidden frequencies, convinced that the ban will only force the crypto-current to flow through unmonitored, subterranean wormholes.
